The pelletizer must be operated according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer when it is installed.   1. Before installing the biomass pellet mill, the internal support surface of the pelletizer must be carefully cleaned and coated with a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide paste;
  2. To install the used ring mold, the wear of the ring mold must be checked in the width direction, and vice versa if necessary;
  3. Install the pin on the ring die holder, and then align the pin hole of the ring die with the hammer to hammer the ring die (when the steel hammer is used, there must be a pad between the steel hammer and the ring die);
  4. Install 8 high-strength bolts and washers, and gradually tighten the screws. The high-strength bolts must be tightened to the specified torque.
