Zhengzhou Dingli's domestically built sawdust drying and carbonization production line site. The raw material is sawdust, the initial moisture is 45%, and the moisture after drying is 14%. The carbonization yield was 1500 kg/d.

The customer originally wanted to order wood chip carbonization equipment, but the original moisture of the wood chips was too high, so the customer was equipped with a tumble dryer to reduce the moisture content of the wood chips to about 14%, which can be directly carbonized.
