Dingli shavings dryer operating principle:

When the shavings dryer is working, the motor passes through the V-belt and the two-stage deceleration of the reducer, and drives the large ring gear through the small gear to make the cylinder run at the designed speed. After the shavings wet material enters the dryer, it is evenly distributed in the cylinder. Under the flipping of the cloth lifter, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contacted with the downstream (countercurrent) hot air, which speeds up the drying heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined lifting board and the hot air flow, the material can be regulatedly moved to the star discharge valve at the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished dried shavings.
