Mechanical compression transmission parts and speed reducer must be added with sufficient lubricating oil; Hydraulic pressure to check the oil storage capacity of oil tank and the working pressure of hydraulic station, hydraulic oil is generally replaced once a year, when the replacement should be a comprehensive cleaning of the hydraulic system, the working pressure of hydraulic station is less than the cylinder high working pressure, but small can not be lower than the allowable value of filtration pressure, too small will cause greater leakage, too large damage to the parts.
2. It is forbidden to start the work in the factory when the number of filter plates is less than the specified number, so as to avoid damage to the parts. Check the arrangement of filter plates before feeding. The press cloth should not be folded to prevent large leakage. After unloading the cake filter plate must be pressed neatly arranged.
3. Wait for everything to be normal before pressing filter plate pressure filtration, filtration pressure and temperature must be within the specified range, high filtration pressure will cause leakage, high filtration temperature plastic filter plate easy deformation, feeding suspension to uniform concentration. There must be no mixture; After cake unloading, the press cloth and filter plate must be washed clean, and residue is not allowed to be pasted on the sealing surface or the feeding channel, otherwise it will affect the smooth feeding and the sealing of the filter plate, resulting in unbalanced pressure on both sides of the filter plate, resulting in deformation and damage of the filter plate.
4. The choice of filter cloth must conform to the requirements of the propeller of filtration technology, should be shrunk before new filter cloth production, the hole diameter should be less than the filter plate aperture, the matching filter plate holes and hole of the plate should be relatively concentric, feed hole cloth shall be attached to the wall of the tube.Otherwise, it will result in unclear filtration, low filtration rate, broken cloth cylinder and failure to reach the expected filtration purpose.
5. At the initial stage of filter pressing, the filter is cloudy, and the filtrate will become clear when a layer of filter cake is formed on the press cloth. If the filtrate remains cloudy or becomes mixed, the press cloth may be damaged or the holes are deviated from the plate holes. At this time, close the valve or stop feeding to replace the press cloth. The filter cloth is allowed to be fine between the filter plates a small amount of leakage caused by an elephant.
6. When moving the filter plate, the force should be uniform and appropriate, do not collision, fall, so as to avoid damage to the sealing surface and filter wrench. After being used for a period of time, the press cloth will harden and its performance will decline, so it needs to be checked regularly. If any change is found to affect the filtration rate, it can be carried out with the corresponding weak acid and base of low concentration neutralization and cleaning to restore the press cloth. If it cannot be restored, replace it in time.
7. Slurry, lotion or compressed air valve, must be opened according to the operating procedures, can not be used at the same time, the pressure of compressed air should not exceed the filtration pressure when the diaphragm is squeezed.
