The furnace temperature (i.e. drying temperature) of corn drying tower is a key parameter in the drying process, which directly affects the drying effect and the quality of corn. Generally speaking, the furnace temperature of corn drying tower is set between 60℃ and 120℃, but the specific temperature should be set according to the humidity and quality of the drying material.
During the operation, the drying temperature can be adjusted in many ways:
1. Fuel control: For corn drying towers that burn water gas and other fuels, the furnace temperature can be controlled by adjusting the fuel opening, combustion time, fuel oxygen ratio and other parameters. For coal-fired corn drying towers, the furnace temperature needs to be controlled by controlling the quantity and quality of coal.
2. Hot air thermometer: The hot air thermometer can be used to measure the hot air temperature in real time, so as to adjust the fuel supply or other related parameters according to the measurement results to achieve the purpose of controlling the furnace temperature.
3. Air door adjustment: By adjusting the air supply and exhaust air doors, the air flow in the drying tower can be changed, thereby affecting the contact time between the hot air and the material, and achieving the effect of indirectly controlling the furnace temperature.
In addition, some advanced corn drying towers are also equipped with an automated control system that can automatically adjust the furnace temperature according to the preset drying program to ensure the stability and consistency of the drying effect.
The drying temperature of the corn drying machine can be adjusted according to actual needs. The operator should reasonably set and adjust the drying temperature according to the characteristics of the drying material and the requirements of the drying effect.
