Okara drying process:
1. After the dehydrated wet bean dregs enter the dryer, the evenly distributed copy plate in the drum is turned, and the dryer is evenly dispersed in the dryer to fully contact with the hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of the drying. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, part of the water evaporates and the bean dregs are further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also played a role in breaking the bean dregs balls, increasing the drying speed. After the bean dregs are dried, they become loose materials with low moisture and are discharged from the discharge port.
2. In the drying process, the bean dregs are discharged to the other stage of the dryer by the star-shaped discharge valve under the action of the inclined plate and the heat medium.
