  The sludge contains a large amount of organic matter. When the sludge dryer is working, the sludge enters the guide plate of the dryer through the chute. As the cylinder rotates, the sludge is led to the inclined lifting plate. That is, it is lifted to the center of the cylinder, gradually spilling to form a curtain, and the high-temperature airflow passes through it, so that the sludge is preheated and partially evaporated. When the sludge is spilled and moved to the movable purlins, the material is then mixed with the preheated purlinal flaps to transfer heat to the material to allow some of the water to evaporate. At the same time, the material entrained by the wing plate is lifted and sprinkled, and repeated, the material and the hot air flow are convective and contact heat exchange. At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking up the sludge ball, and the drying speed is increased. Finally, after the sludge is dried, it becomes a loose material with low moisture and is discharged from the discharge port.
  In the drying process of the sludge dryer, part of the organic matter of the sludge is decomposed and various gases are released. The results of the sludge drying simulation test and the actual project release gas show that at temperatures below 200 ° C, the gas released by the sludge has a small amount of hydrocarbons in addition to the most important water vapor, which are usually unstable in the atmosphere and is easily oxidized or decomposed. Since the amount of flue gas required to dry the sludge by using residual heat of flue gas is 1.5×105 m 3 /h or more, a small amount of harmful gas released from the sludge is sufficiently diluted, and between the sludge releasing gas and the flue gas The interaction, finally through the treatment of the dust removal and degassing device, the tail gas produced by sludge drying can reach the standard discharge completely.
