3. The motor, reducer and other running parts shall be refueled according to the regulations, and any abnormality shall be dealt with in time.
4. If the pulse valve and lifting valve cylinder have foreign bodies such as impurities and moisture, it should be clear in time. Solenoid valve, diaphragm in case of failure or damage, should be promptly repaired or replaced.
5. Check the sealing strip on the door, if there is aging, it should be replaced in time.
6. Check the compressed air system and ash discharging system regularly, and deal with any abnormality in time.
7. Every shift shall check the discharge of dust removal chimney. If dust is found coming out of chimney, the damaged filter bag shall be replaced in time.
8. Periodically check the dust remover process.
